Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across Egypt within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Fees

Orders below 1500 EGP are subject to a flat shipping fee of 75 EGP.
We offer free shipping on all orders 1500 EGP and above.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.

Try Before You Buy

You may try the item when the courier arrives.
If there’s an issue (size, defect, or mismatch), return it immediately and only pay the shipping fee.
Once accepted, returns are not allowed.
